Supply Technologies has secured a new contract with UK-based luxury home manufacturer Prestige Homeseeker, helping the business strengthen manufacturing resilience through a fully managed inventory solution.
Part of the Rix Group, Prestige Homeseeker is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of bespoke luxury holiday lodges and residential park homes, with every home built to meet individual customer specifications. Its focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail demands a resilient supply chain capable of supporting uninterrupted production.
Under the partnership, Supply Technologies will manage the supply of hundreds of fasteners, fixings, sealants and production consumables across Prestige Homeseeker's manufacturing facility. Through its fully managed inventory solution, components are replenished directly at the point of use, reducing administrative work, improving efficiency and ensuring products are available exactly where and when they are needed.
The partnership builds on Supply Technologies' long-standing relationship with fellow Rix Group business Victory Leisure Homes, where it has consistently delivered high levels of service, quality and manufacturing continuity.
That proven track record led to Supply Technologies being selected to support Prestige Homeseeker as it sought to streamline inventory management, reduce administrative burden and create a more efficient production environment.
Replacing a highly manual stock management process, Supply Technologies has introduced a managed inventory solution that places components directly at the point of use throughout the production facility. By holding dedicated inventory locally and managing replenishment on Prestige Homeseeker's behalf, the solution removes the burden of manual inventory management while ensuring production teams always have the components they need to keep building.
The contract further strengthens Supply Technologies' growing presence in the leisure manufacturing sector and demonstrates how resilient, fully managed inventory solutions are helping manufacturers improve productivity while reducing operational complexity and supply chain risk.

Since implementation, the partnership has significantly reduced manual administrative work, simplified inventory management and improved production efficiency by eliminating unnecessary paperwork and ensuring components are always readily available on the shop floor.
