Brian Norris

Brian Norris

President
Brian W. Norris joined SupplyTechnologies as President in October 2021.  Prior to joining Supply Technologies, Mr. Norris was Vice President of Services and Solution at Grainger, a $14 billion industrial supply company.  During his 12 years at Grainger, Mr. Norris helped transform the structure of the services and solutions portfolio to provide greater value to their customers.  Prior to Grainger, he was at OfficeMax (now OfficeDepot) where he helped build the Print Services Division, OfficeMax Impress.  Mr. Norris earned a B.S. degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice from Ohio University and has Executive and Management certifications from Harvard Business School and University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
James Smetham

James Smetham

Managing Director – Europe and Asia

James Smetham joined Supply Technologies in 2012, initially as Vice President of Global Supply Chain and from 2015 as Managing Director for Europe and Asia. In this capacity, James has led a team that substantially expanded Supply Technologies business across the regions. Previously, James held leadership positions at Thyssen Krupp, Textron, and Acument Global Technologies. Having extensive experience leading businesses in the fastening industry, James brings substantial international knowledge, having worked on three continents. He earned his MBA from Warwick Business School and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and Integrated Supply Chain Management certification from Michigan State Broad Business School. James provides an extensive global supply chain management perspective and has the ability to roll out complex programs consistently across a worldwide footprint.

Sean Jackson

Sean Jackson

Vice President of Supply Chain

Sean Jackson started his career with Supply Technologies after graduating from Kent State University(BA) in 1997. He quickly rose through the Supply Chain organization as an Inventory Investment Analyst, Regional Materials Manager and International Materials Manager. In 2011, he was promoted to Director of Strategic Pricing and Business Analytics before returning to Supply Chain Management as Vice President in 2022.
Sean’s diverse background is rooted in interpreting and leveraging data to create actionable insights across the supply chain. Having started as a buyer with Supply Technologies, he has unique perspectives on process execution and how to link all aspects of the supply chain to improve total costs.

Andy Dambrosio

Chief Financial Officer

Andy Dambrosio has been the CFO of Supply Technologies since August 2020. He is responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury and audit. His primary objectives are to meet the company’s financial goals, drive financially sound business decisions, grow the business and maintain effective, accurate and timely financial reporting. Andy has many years of finance experience in a broad range of industries, including services, distribution, manufacturing, mining and technology, having held positions of progressively higher responsibilities at CBIZ, American Greetings, LESCO, American Greetings.com, Phillips Medical, Medusa Cement, and NACCO Industries. Andy has managed large international finance teams. Furthermore, he enjoys learning about the business, partnering with operations, solving issues, developing the team, mentoring associates, and helping others with career development. Andy is a CPA and graduated from University of Akron.

Vice President of Technical Services

Brian Murkey began his career at Supply Technologies in 1995.  However, he’s been in the ParkOhio family of companies since 1986, when he joined RB&W Corporation. As Vice President of Technical Services, his current responsibilities include oversight over Engineering/Sales Engineering and Quality Assurance, enabling the business to provide world-class engineering services and product quality. In addition, his experiences include operations, facilities, sourcing, and environmental and product risk management. His background is diverse both in manufacturing and distribution, working in the following industries: Steel Manufacturing (US Steel Corporation), Automotive Valve Spring Wire manufacturing (American Spring Wire Corporation), Fastener Manufacturing (RB&W Corporation and SPS Technologies), and Fastener Distribution (Supply Technologies). Additionally, He has extensive experience with Materials, Quality Management Systems, and Product Risk Management, with a broad understanding of global regulatory and ESG requirements impacting business.

Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering and MBA from Cleveland State University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

John Paukovits

Vice President of Information Technology

John Paukovits joined the Supply Technologies leadership team in October 2022 as Vice President of Information Technology and Innovation. In his current role, John oversees a corporate Information technology function that provides cyber security, IT infrastructure, application configuration and development, Functional software analysis and design, data integrity, B2B data exchange and IT project management utilizing a global team of Information technology professionals. John has been an IT leader in the manufacturing and distribution sector, covering a broad industry range for over 30+ years with a heavy concentration in ERP implementation, process design, and configuration. Furthermore, this experience includes success in various roles in systems engineering, enterprise database administration, programming, consulting, and senior leadership. John is recognized as a valued thought leader and strategist who can build and redefine organizational and operational structures that deliver increased operational efficiency, cost efficiency, business growth, and profitability. Able to drive ROI-backed advances in organizational capability and performance to accomplish core business goals, he has forged committed top-performing teams, motivating and empowering them to continuously deliver above and beyond expectations in supporting the corporate vision and business goals.

Vice President of Sales – North America

Dennis joined Supply Technologies in June of 2024 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America. Prior to joining Supply Technologies, Dennis gained extensive sales experience within Fastenal Company, having spent 15 years serving in various sales and operational leadership roles up to and including Vice President of Sales for National Accounts.  Over his extensive career in proven sales leadership, he has executed and excelled in employee development and performance, strategic business planning, and contract execution with customers spanning the globe. He graduated from Bluffton University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management. 

Chiara Laiena

Chiara Laiena

Managing Director – Apollo Aerospace Components

Chiara joined the Supply Technologies leadership team in February 2025 as Managing Director for Apollo Aerospace. Prior to joining Supply Technologies and Apollo, Chiara was Vice President and General Manager for EMEA region at Incora, an Aerospace supply chain services provider. During her 6 years there, Chiara successfully led operations in support of key customers in the region and transformed the Supply Chain function driving significant performance improvements across the supply base.

Chiara started her career as Purchasing Graduate with Rolls-Royce where she worked in a number of different functions and geographical locations and progressed to Commercial Manager during the 9 years there.

Throughout her career, Chiara has developed extensive experience leading global teams across supply chain, program management and commercial operations.

Chiara holds a BA in International Business, Finance and Economics from Manchester Business School and an MA in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College, London.

Angela Brown

Director, Marketing & Communications

Angela assumed the role of Director, Marketing & Communications in May 2025. Prior to her role at Supply Technologies she created and managed marketing strategies for strategic and commercial accounts at Rockwell Automation. During her time there she amplified the company’s brand and enabled pipeline acceleration for the Rockwell Automation Process sales team. Her omnichannel marketing syndication strategy provided the framework to help the sales team meet and exceed their objectives . Prior to being at Rockwell, Angela held various other marketing management roles at Parker Hannifin Corporation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Baker Hughes. With over 20 years of industrial B2B and B2C marketing experience, Angela is passionate about working cross functionally to help the business achieve their growth goals. Angela holds a BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University and an MBA from the Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Business.
