Chiara joined the Supply Technologies leadership team in February 2025 as Managing Director for Apollo Aerospace. Prior to joining Supply Technologies and Apollo, Chiara was Vice President and General Manager for EMEA region at Incora, an Aerospace supply chain services provider. During her 6 years there, Chiara successfully led operations in support of key customers in the region and transformed the Supply Chain function driving significant performance improvements across the supply base.

Chiara started her career as Purchasing Graduate with Rolls-Royce where she worked in a number of different functions and geographical locations and progressed to Commercial Manager during the 9 years there.

Throughout her career, Chiara has developed extensive experience leading global teams across supply chain, program management and commercial operations.

Chiara holds a BA in International Business, Finance and Economics from Manchester Business School and an MA in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College, London.

James Smetham joined Supply Technologies in 2012, initially as Vice President of Global Supply Chain and from 2015 as Managing Director for Europe and Asia. In this capacity, James has led a team that substantially expanded Supply Technologies business across the regions. Previously, James held leadership positions at Thyssen Krupp, Textron, and Acument Global Technologies. Having extensive experience leading businesses in the fastening industry, James brings substantial international knowledge, having worked on three continents. He earned his MBA from Warwick Business School and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and Integrated Supply Chain Management certification from Michigan State Broad Business School. James provides an extensive global supply chain management perspective and has the ability to roll out complex programs consistently across a worldwide footprint.

Angela assumed the role of Director, Marketing & Communications in May 2025. Prior to her role at Supply Technologies she created and managed marketing strategies for strategic and commercial accounts at Rockwell Automation. During her time there she amplified the company’s brand and enabled pipeline acceleration for the Rockwell Automation Process sales team. Her omnichannel marketing syndication strategy provided the framework to help the sales team meet and exceed their objectives . Prior to being at Rockwell, Angela held various other marketing management roles at Parker Hannifin Corporation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Baker Hughes. With over 20 years of industrial B2B and B2C marketing experience, Angela is passionate about working cross functionally to help the business achieve their growth goals. Angela holds a BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University and an MBA from the Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Business.

Sean Jackson started his career with Supply Technologies after graduating from Kent State University(BA) in 1997. He quickly rose through the Supply Chain organization as an Inventory Investment Analyst, Regional Materials Manager and International Materials Manager. In 2011, he was promoted to Director of Strategic Pricing and Business Analytics before returning to Supply Chain Management as Vice President in 2022.
Sean’s diverse background is rooted in interpreting and leveraging data to create actionable insights across the supply chain. Having started as a buyer with Supply Technologies, he has unique perspectives on process execution and how to link all aspects of the supply chain to improve total costs.

Jessica brings 28 years of experience managing and leading HR functions for both publicly traded companies and several Private Equity backed companies.  The majority of her career has focused on supporting manufacturing businesses including Avery Denison, Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC), and Huntsman Corp.  In her last two roles she led the global HR function for GrafTech International then Belt Power, LLC.  Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lake Erie College and holds her master’s degree in organizational behavior from Case Western’s Weatherhead School of Management.

Kris Miller joined Supply Technologies as Vice President of Operations for North America in October 2025. Prior to joining Supply Technologies, Kris served as Vice President of Global Distribution and Logistics at Weber-Stephen Products, a leading global manufacturer of outdoor cooking appliances. During his eight-year tenure at Weber, Kris oversaw global distribution and transportation operations, driving strategic network optimization and delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings through automation, process improvement, and performance benchmarking.  Before Weber, Kris held senior leadership positions at Lineage Logistics and Target Corporation, where he led large-scale distribution and continuous improvement initiatives centered on safety, culture, and operational excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Western Michigan University.

Darlene Collis is responsible for Quality, Engineering Services, and Compliance overseeing Supply Technologies' ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, including policy development, reporting, and key initiatives.

Darlene brings more than 20 years of experience in the fastener and fastener finishing industry, with a strong background in Quality and New Business Development. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Quality at LindFast Solutions Group, where she led enterprise-wide quality operations and advanced QMS strategy across multiple divisions. She has deep expertise in quality system development, QS9000, ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 implementation, continuous improvement, and providing technical guidance across manufacturing processes, secondary operations, and product requirements.

Darlene holds a degree in Marketing Education with a minor in Professional Sales from Bowling Green State University and earned her Certified Fastener Specialist designation from the Fastener Training Institute. She is widely recognized within the industry, having been named Women in the Fastener Industry (WIFI) Woman of the Year in 2025. She is also an active leader in industry standards development, serving on executive committees and subcommittees for ASTM (F16 Fasteners and B08 Metallic and Inorganic Coatings), contributing to ASME B18 and the Industrial Fastener Institute, and currently serving as Vice Chair of the ISO TC2 U.S. Task Advisory Group for Subcommittee 14.

Jeff Salay joined Supply Technologies as Chief Financial Officer in June 2026. He is responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and audit. In this role, he focuses on achieving the company’s financial objectives, supporting sound business decision-making, driving growth, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Previously, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer of Crawford United Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer and distributor of aerospace and defense, HVAC, and other industrial products. During his three-year tenure, the company’s stock price increased more than fivefold, driven by a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic growth, culminating in its merger with SPX Technologies, Inc.

Prior to Crawford United, Jeff was Chief Accounting Officer at Diebold Nixdorf and a Senior Manager at EY. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio Northern University.

Ben Hensler joined Supply Technologies as Vice President, Sales in 2026. Prior to joining Supply Technologies, Mr. Hensler served as Vice President, Commercial Excellence at SunSource, where he led enterprise sales productivity, commercial execution, and growth initiatives across a multi-brand industrial distribution platform. Before SunSource, he was Vice President, Sales Enablement & Operations at Lawson Products and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Motion & Control Enterprises, where he helped drive significant growth and commercial transformation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hensler spent 12 years with Grainger, a leading industrial supply company, where he held a variety of sales and leadership positions, including Director of Sales Coverage & Design, helping optimize sales coverage and commercial effectiveness across the organization.

Mr. Hensler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
