Pre-Implementation

We work closely with customers to design programs from the ground up, utilizing our experience with every inventory management discipline known to manufacturing to customize the right solution for you.

Our team reviews floor layout/disbursement, parts listings, usage, quality requirements, and point-of-use from your current supplier. We then work with you to define expectations and develop a project plan that outlines logistics, systems, quality, and implementation.

During Implementation

We provide you with a project plan that outlines logistics, systems, quality, and implementation. This includes recommendations for floor plans, labeling/packaging concepts, quality control plans, and system/telecommunications, as well as a timetable/GAP analysis.

As part of implementation, we introduce a joint training program for both plant and warehouse, create production planning schedules, track the project team and parts production, and pick and process 100% of the start-up shipment.
